• Take a measurement (using a ruler or flat tape measure), place it against a wall and sit the heel of the foot back against the wall also. Measure both feet as there may be some variation in length between them.

• Using the following chart, convert your centimeter measurement to your shoe size. Please note this is a guide only & sizes may vary between styles.

HOW TO RETURN

Steps are easy to follow:

2) We usually process all the emails within 48 hours and tell you the return address. Once we have received your return, the items eligible for a refund will be credited back within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email from our accounting system after your refund is processed on our end.
